| Construction Planning Executive |
| • Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors and authorities for the company's up-coming and on-going development projects • Monitor and inspect job sites in accordance to Authorities requirement and Consultants specification. • To coordinate with main contractors & Local Authorities for COW, VP & OC application. • Handles ongoing project monitoring, scheduling, management and technical detailing.
